InnerSeal CBE offers all the benefits of InnerSeal DPS combined with the water-proofing and surface sealing abilities of Hydro-Top. InnerSeal CBE cannot be painted or top-coated.

TC-One is a revolutionary new UV stable high gloss single component top-coat system for both interior and exterior applications. TC-One provides durability, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and adhesion that rivals even the highest priced two component epoxies. Unlike it’s rival systems, TC-One is a safe, odorless single component product that requires no mixing or measuring and has an extended pot life if kept sealed. Always create a moisture / vapor barrier with InnerSeal DPS or InnerSeal Densi-Dye before applying TC-One or any other film-forming sealer!

The reflective qualities of the InnerSeal Densi-Dye system, combined with the gloss and enhancement of TC-One, creates colors that are deeper, richer and more vibrant than with any other coloring system. TC-One can also be used clear or tinted over many other stains, dyes and epoxies, with proper preparation. Combine TC-One with color, flakes, quartz or anti-skid additives to create endless color and texture combinations.

A two step application of InnerSeal Densi-Dye followed immediately by Hydro-Top penetrating sealer. InnerSeal Densi-Dye internally seals, stabilizes, strengthens and preserves while Hydro-Top provides water and stain repellent protection. By using InnerSeal Densi-Dye with a light loading of color from the Wakefield Color System (usually gray or brown, depending on the aggregate) the concrete is given a uniform tone that enhances the exposed aggregate and hides imperfections. A two-step process is required since the surface of some aggregates (pea gravel) are un-reactive and may appear “white” from un-reacted silicate not rinsed from their surface.

Hydro-Top alone also makes an excellent exposed aggregate sealer. A heavy flood of Hydro-Top will penetrate deep around and below the aggregate, protecting them from “stone loosening” and water penetration. Hydro-Top will also provide a slight enhancement without the peeling, flaking and “slippery when wet” problems associated with acrylics.

ColorSeal 3000 works by forming an extremely thin, hard, scratch and chemical resistant coating at the surface, while other deep penetrating sealers seal the substrate from below. ColorSeal 3000 can be used clear or with a light loading of color from the Wakefield Color System (usually gray or brown, depending on the aggregate) the concrete is given a uniform tone that enhances the exposed aggregate and hides imperfections. ColorSeal 3000 leaves a warm satin sheen and an extremely durable and hot tire resistant surface. ColorSeal 3000 can be top coated with Wakefield TC-One for added gloss, protection and chemical resistance if needed.

Hydro-Top is the absolute best brick and cultured stone sealer ever developed. For simply waterproofing and protecting your manufactured stone, Hydro-Top is a perfect choice.

For more serious protection, a two-step application of InnerSeal DPS followed by Hydro-Top will provide the ultimate protection from water intrusion, mold and mildew. This process will also provide slight color enhancement to make your stone “pop”, while keeping a completely natural appearance.

Vertical Walls

Horizontal Flagstone, Limestone, Slate, etc… Walkways, Patios, Porches, Pool Decks, etc…

Natural stone walkways, patios, porches and pool decks can be both enhanced and protected by a two step application of InnerSeal DPS and Hydro-Top penetrating sealer. InnerSeal DPS should be applied to the masonry as soon as the mortar has cured (28 days), being sure to saturate the mortar joints completely. Allow InnerSeal DPS to penetrate completely, then follow with Hydro-Top. For existing stone, all loose, cracked or crumbling mortar must be repaired before application. DO NOT APPLY INNERSEAL DPS TO TILE OR BRICK

This barrier also eliminates paint failures on concrete block by neutralizing alkali and preventing both moisture and alkali from ever coming into contact with the paint or coating. When installed correctly and properly cured, InnerSeal DPS will actually hold back hydrostatic pressure and stop water from flowing into porous masonry. In cases of water intrusion, both sides of walls or foundations should be treated with InnerSeal DPS to insure all pores are closed. Wakefield recommends a three step application for hydrostatic applications; two saturating coats of InnerSeal DPS followed by a final coat of InnerSeal CBE. Not only does the InnerSeal CBE give an extreme outer layer of protection, you also have the option of adding color. DO NOT APPLY INNERSEAL CBE IF PAINT IS TO BE APPLIED.

InnerSeal CBE is a one step application to internally seal, strengthen and waterproof cementious block. Use with the Wakefield Color System to permanently add rich vibrant color to masonry block construction. InnerSeal CBE provides extreme protection for masonry block, even in the most demanding environments.

Under normal conditions in less demanding environments, Hydro-Top penetrating sealer is an excellent water repellent masonry block sealer.

RCB is an elastomeric liquid ceramic coating that can be applied in place of paint to virtually any type of construction. RCB can sustain temperatures between -70°F and 2100°F, and is applied just like paint over InnerSeal DPS as a primer. With today’s emphasis on “green” building practices, RCB is scoring big points. RCB works by creating a thin ceramic thermal barrier that insulates and reflects thermal energy back into the atmosphere rather than allow it to be conducted to the underlying surface. RCB has been shown to reduce energy consumption by up to 52% and can be used on houses, office buildings, warehouses, roofs, HVAC ducts and many other applications. RCB not only insulates, it is also rated as a class A #1 fire retardant, asbestos encapsulant and a highly effective soundproofing.

On structural members such as bridge and road way components, InnerSeal CBE offers the most aggressive steel corrosion protection available.

Concrete parking decks and parking garages have always been plagued by problems, and barren of solutions. They flex, move, leak, crack, stain, corrode and crumble from heavy traffic, oil and salt. Although InnerSeal CBE can’t eliminate the traffic, it is the next best thing. Traditional concrete coating systems always fail on parking decks due to the constant flexing and moving of the structure. InnerSeal CBE is different, it penetrates deep into the concrete creating an internal seal that becomes an integral part of the structure, not just a surface coating. Not only does this internal barrier seal and protect the concrete from water, ice, snow, salt, and oils, it actually strengthens the concrete surface eliminating dusting, surface wear and abrasion. InnerSeal CBE can also reduce corrosion of the underlying steel reinforcement by more than 50%. On multi-level structures, leakage and water intrusion are huge problems. Water flows over and through the concrete picking up dirt, oil, salt and other contaminates, and eventually depositing then on the expensive vehicles parked in the levels below. When installed correctly, InnerSeal CBE can in most cases completely stop water intrusion and leaking. Special cleaning and preparation procedures apply to existing parking structures. InnerSeal DPS also prepares the surface for the adhesion paints or other coatings. Simply priming with InnerSeal DPS has been shown to extend the service life of most paints by over 300%. The labor savings alone from one re-paint easily offsets the initial cost of the InnerSeal DPS application.

InnerSeal CBE can offer even greater advantages to stucco construction than InnerSeal DPS, especially in extreme environments. In areas prone to hurricanes, driving rain or salt spray InnerSeal CBE offers the most extreme water and salt protection available. In stucco construction, InnerSeal CBE can also be a huge labor saver due to the fact that it does not require painting after application. Natural Stone and Concrete Block Masonry

Mortar on natural stone and concrete block masonry can be protected by a two step application of InnerSeal DPS and Hydro-Top penetrating sealer. InnerSeal DPS should be applied to the masonry as soon as the mortar has cured (28 days), being sure to saturate the mortar joints completely. Allow InnerSeal DPS to penetrate completely, then follow with Hydro-Top. For existing masonry, all loose, cracked or crumbling mortar must be repaired before application. DO NOT APPLY INNERSEAL DPS TO TILE OR BRICK.

Brick Masonry

Hydro-Top is the absolute best brick, stone and masonry sealer ever developed. Apply liberally from the bottom up being sure to saturate mortar joints completely. Hydro-Top will stop water intrusion into the mortar and prevent deterioration from damaging freeze / thaw cycles.

Hydro-Top is a highly effective sealer for all types of grout. Apply liberally to the tile surface being sure to completely saturate all grout lines. Immediately use a bucket of clean water and a damp sponge to completely remove all residual Hydro-Top on the tile. Hydro-Top will not penetrate into most tile and if not removed, will leave a residue on the surface when dry.
